Contex Recognizes National / AZON as Top-Selling Worldwide Distributor for 2022
Third award received by U.S. distributor since 2019
Chantilly, VA – March 7, 2023 – Contex, the world leader in large format scanning, recognizes National / AZON as the top-selling distributor of Contex large format scanning solutions worldwide in 2022. This marks the third time that National / AZON has received this notable award.
Mchigan-based National / AZON is a leading distributor of hardware and software products, with a special focus on the reprographic, graphic arts, and sign-making markets. The company maintains sales and distribution points across North America, which allow it to meet the needs of large format printing and scanning professionals. National / AZON has been a distributor of Contex large format scanning solutions since 2010.

Strong installation base of new and long-time customers
“More than 50% of our sales are to new customers in the manufacturing and AEC markets. The rest are Contex customers on their second and third generations, or even later,” Cryer notes. “Contex is the only company out there that has been in the market long enough for somebody to have purchased four or five different generations of the scanners. Contex customers are in business for the long haul.”
