The imagePROGRAF Large Format Division is excited to announce the expansion of our eCarePAK offerings for the TZ and TX Series devices. Printers purchased on or after July 15th, 2022 have the option to purchase an eCarePAK that would extend the serivce coverage for a total of up to 5 years for the TZ and TX Series Printers.

The customer is only eligible to purchase one (1) 2-4 year and 9 month eCarePAK extended service option, throughout the life of the printer. eCarePAK service coverage for printers cannot exceed a total of 5 years. Non-service authorized resellers are required to purchase one of the eCarePAKs including installation options whenever selling a TX and TZ series device.
